Chuletas De Cordero en Ron – Lamb Cutlets marinated in Rum, garlic, chilli and spices then grilled and finished in a pan with onions and a dash of cream, served on garlic cheesy mash potato GF

Tortilla Con Carne y Queso – 300 gr Sirloin Steak and Cheese pan fried with tomato served on a grilled tortilla

Tortilla Con Pollo y Chorizo – Chicken and Chorizo pan fried with lemon served on a grilled soft tortilla

Tostada de Pollo – Crispy tortilla topped with melted Cheese, Chicken strips pan fried with Chorizo and topped with our home made guacamole

Supremas De Pollo con papas Bravas Chicken Tenderloins on spicy potato cubes, topped with chipotle tomato sauce and aioli GF

Ensalada de pollo -Chicken Salad – Mixed Leaves salad topped with grilled chicken GF

Ensalada de camarones – Prawn Salad – Mixed Leaves Garden salad topped with whole cooked prawns GF

Cangrejo Blando – Soft Shell Crab in beer batter fried crispy served on salad

Fish Fillet (200gr) pan fried in lemon and wine served with chilli fried veggies GF (salmon or other available, please check)

Beer Battered Flathead & chips served w garden salad

Pescado Entero – Barramundi Whole, 400-500gr flat grilled served with chips or salad (please allow longer cooking time due to size) GF
